1： How many students in one class?

Normally there are 4 to 10 students in one class.

2： Are the students in one class at the same age?

Not exactly same, but will not have a big age gap.

3： Do you provide 1 to 1 class?

Due to tight teacher resources, we cannot provide 1 to 1 physic class. But we can try to arrange private online class by Zoom.

4： What kind of class do you provide?

We Provide: - physical group class - online group class by Zoom - online private class by Zoom - online watch video class by student self.

5： What is the tuition fee?

Different kinds of class have different fees. Please contact us by Kakaotalk to get the details.

6： If I miss the class, can be refunded?

The tuition fee will not be refunded. If you miss the class, we will provide the make-up lesson by watching online video.

7： How and when to make payment for tuition fee?

The tuition fee should be paid in the first week of the month. It can be paid by Paynow or Internet transfer. The details of payment methods will be shown in the Tuition Fee Notice every month:

8： Can I withdraw in the middle of the month?

The tuiton fee is charged monthly and cannot be refunded even if the student withdraw in the middle of the month. Thanks for your understanding.

9： When should I give notice if I don't want to continue?

We hope that you can give us at least 2 weeks notice for us to arrange. Thanks for your understanding.
